Starting with our return to the Everyday Model on Monday, March 22nd, our PM Car Rider procedures will change in order to ensure proper distancing and to further increase student safety. Families may continue to use our drive-through loop or park and walk up to the parent waiting area near the sidewalk outside of our gym doors (see map below). Students will be released from the building individually as parents arrive. Staff on duty will assist students to their vehicles or to parents in the waiting area.
Car Rider ID Cards will be required for afternoon pickup. If you do not have this card, you will need to report to the office with a photo ID to confirm student pickup. If you are in need of additional Car Rider ID Cards, you may stop by our front office any day between 8:00 and 4:00 or call for us to send one home with your child.
To increase efficiency and safety, we ask:
Parents who utilize the drive-through loop - Place the back of the Car Rider ID Card (sent home with students this week) with your student’s name(s) written large and clear in the passenger side windshield so it is easily visible for staff on duty. Please stay in your vehicle.
Parents who park/walk up to the parent waiting area - Bring the Car Rider ID Card (sent home with students this week) with you for easy visibility and to help us maintain distancing.
Be patient. Student safety is always our number one priority. Increases in student numbers during our Everyday Model and new dismissal procedures may increase student dismissal times slightly. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!
