Print the completed application, and include a resume and cover letter, copy of college transcripts and Praxis scores (for certified applicants and coaches) or a letter of interest (for classified applicants and volunteers) and mail to:
All volunteers must complete an application, the volunteer form, and have a BCI fingerprint/background check done ($27). If you have not lived in the state of Ohio for the past 5 consecutive years, then an FBI background check must also be done, at an additional cost of $30.
All applicants for certified positions (teaching positions) must also take the Teacher Insight Interview. Select the link and use the following District Code: 20726594
All applicants for classified/non-certified positions must also take the Hogan Personality Inventory. Select the link and contact 491.8044, ext. 1202 for user name id and password.
Hogan Personality Inventory Instructions -
1. Go to: http://www.gotohogan.com
2. Enter User ID & Enter Password: (call 491-8044, ext. 1202 for User ID & Password)
3. Click Logon
4. Enter your information and click Submit. You are ready to take assessments.
5. Click Start Assessment.
6. Answer the assessment questionnaire by selecting the appropriate responses.
7. Click Next to continue. If you would like to view the previous screen, click Previous. You can stop the assessment at any time to interrupt administration. All information submitted prior to stopping the assessment will be retained. You can log back into the system using your User ID and newly created personal password to resume the assessment process.
8. Click Submit to complete the Assessment.
9. If instructed, please click the next assessment and continue in the same fashion as before, and then continue with the same process until all the assessments have been completed.
