On April 22 and May 13, Nationwide Children's Hospital will send NCH employees to our district to administer the Pfizer vaccine to interested students. The students must be current Hamilton Local students and at least 16 years of age. The vaccine will only be given to students who have a release form signed by their legal guardian. Release forms will be sent home with students in the upcoming week. We are trying to collect the number of vaccines our district may need so that we can report that estimate to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
