TONIGHT (6pm): Incoming Freshman Scheduling Night
Parents and Guardians of current HMS 8th Graders:

We are very excited that the Hamilton Township High School Class of 2023 will be attending our high school next year!

One of the most important transitions to the high school for your student is scheduling classes for their freshman year. Because this is such an important step, we believe that parent participation in the process is essential.

On Thursday, March 14th at 6:00 pm, we would like to invite each parent and their current 8th grade child to the Hamilton Township High School auditorium where we will be presenting information regarding various high school course offerings, scheduling classes for their freshman year, and making the transition to high school.

Immediately following the presentation, you and your child will report to the high school cafeteria where they will have the opportunity to complete their course requests for the 2019-2020 school year.

Please note that your child will only be submitting their requests for courses next year. They may be subject to change once all requests are processed and approved through the guidance office, and upon completion of the high school master schedule.

This event is the first step for your child as they look forward to their high school career. It is imperative that you attend this meeting with your child, as your input is very valuable in the scheduling process.

Prior to the scheduling meeting, you may want to access the Course Registration Guide and Ranger Pathways Manual for the 2019-2020 school year.

We look forward to meeting you and your child this Thursday, March 14th at 6pm in Hamilton Township High School.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact the high school guidance office at (614) 491-8044 ext. 1804 or 1805.
