March Fundraiser Nets $1,800+ for Make A Wish Foundation
In only two weeks, students and staff from Hamilton Intermediate generated $1,840 for the Make A Wish Foundation through the school's monthly community service project. The Make A Wish Foundation was chosen as the charity that would benefit from the school's efforts during the month of March.

Student rewards included earning a Pajama Day, extra recess / break time, and changes for raffle prizes.

Mrs. Pond was so excited when she learned of the final tally that the program raised.

"Thank you all so much for your donations and help with this. I'm blown away each year with the excitement and support that we get from our students and their families. I'm just sad that we can't be with them to let them know in person how proud we are of them," she explained.

"I want to give a HUGE shout out to Ms. Mattox and her students. There's no way we could do this without them. She and her kids spent so much time putting the raffles and prizes together."

Thank you to everyone who participated to make this program a success! Way to go, Rangers!
