Earlier today, Governor DeWine shared guidance and information from the state regarding the 2020-2021 school year. My team and I have been working since May to compile as much information as possible to come up with the best plan for our district. We will consult with leadership from Franklin County Public Health before releasing our operating plans for the upcoming school year.
I am aware that parents, students, and employees want to know how we are going to operate, and once we have everything in place, we will release information to everyone. It does us no good to rush to a decision only to have to alter plans before the start of school. At this time, I ask for your continued patience as we work to finalize our district's operating plan for the 2020-2021 school year.
