The Green middle school softball team played against Liberty Union tonight at home. Unfortunately we lost 16-1. I am very proud of our pitcher, Ava Stamper, whose first time on the mound resulted in her striking several girls out. Jenna Keen got our first run of the season in the fourth inning. It was cold and windy, but the girls preserved through and never gave up. On Tuesday we play away against Logan Elm. Go Rangers!
