Whew! Our first league win of the year was nothing short of exciting! A very complete game in every aspect led to us really controlling the attack for 95% of the match. We outshot Circleville 26 to 2 and 16 of those shots were on frame. A spectacular performance by their keeper kept the score lower than we would have liked but coming away from a league match with a 3-0 victory is always something to be happy about.
Dalton Willis led the way with 2 goals and Mike Krigbaum was able to notch his first of the year as well. Assists came from Daelon Khanthachack and Mike Krigbaum. This moves our record to 3-0-1 and 1-0 in league play with a huge non-league contest against Jonathan Alder on Saturday up next! After splitting the season series 1-1 last year and knocking them of the state tournament, implications will be high in this always fun and competitive matchup!
