Mrs. Alton nominated December's Teacher of the Month
Mrs. Alton also works to help students with diverse needs be successful in her classroom. Mrs. Alton is always willing to lend a hand or try new strategies to help students and staff be more successful. She builds rapport with parents and communicates regularly with them helping parents to be an active part of their child’s education. Mrs. Alton is also a leader within the building providing a positive work environment through her work on the Building Climate Committee. Mrs. Alton is an all around team player and we are lucky to have her as part of the HIS staff.
