Ancient Mesopotamia Comes Alive In The Sixth Grade - Students in 6th grade Social Studies had the opportunity to independently study Ancient Mesopotamia in depth. Students were given the chance to chose different assignments on a Tic-Tac-Toe grid. They were given 9 possible assignments in which they could choose any 3 to complete. All assignments were associated with how rivers made civilizations stronger, customs and daily life of Mesopotamia and technology/inventions created at that time.
