“The student I am nominating for March is Richard Neang. Richard has been working hard all year to achieve his goals in reading class. He recently scored a perfect 18/18 on his reading SCA! Richard is always on task, and is focused and patient when it comes to his work. He is mature as a student, and shows interest in class content and keeps up-to-date on his class grades. He follows classroom routines every day without being reminded to do so. Richard is also courteous to his fellow classmates and often helps out with classroom duties.
