March's Support Staff Member of the Quarter

Mr. Kevin does a wonderful job in the different positions he fills within our building:  recess aide and cross categorical classroom aide.  Mr. Kevin can regularly be heard working with our students who have the most severe disabilities in our building in a calm, patient, and positive way.  He models the behavior he wants the students to exhibit and consistently rewards the students with verbal praise for even the smallest accomplishment. Mr. Kevin also does a fantastic job working with our entire student body during recess.  He engages with the students while they play and helps students with social skill and problem solving situations that occur during recess.  Mr. Kevin is a great asset to our building and we are proud to have him as a part of our Intermediate School team!
