Mr. McPeek was forced to cancel last week due to storms in the area but was nice enough to reschedule before the end of the school year so our students could enjoy his presentation. He spoke to students on a number of weather-related topics including how weather is made, lightening, thunder, tornadoes and safety precautions to take in sever weather emergencies. The students greatly enjoyed having a local celebrity in our building and were excited to learn about the weather, especially tornadoes!
