Designing Curriculum to Meet Students Needs

We are working hard to provide individual curriculum and support to each of our students. Every one of our students comes to us with special situations and credit needs. As such we strive to provide direct intervention and curriculum as needed, whether it’s targeted Ohio Graduation Test preparation or recovery of credits in 0.25 credit chunks if necessary.

When students enroll, they have an initial meeting that lasts between 30 minutes to an hour. During this time we outline our major goals and create a plan to achieve them. Students are involved in the process so they are fully aware of the expectations and the requirements. We report progress to all of our parents at the same times as the other buildings of Hamilton Local and are available at any time by phone, email or direct conference to review the goals, plans and current progress.
